Bio: I’ve been in the construction industry for almost 50 years. I’m a Construction Administrator for an architectural firm out of Kalamazoo. Still working about 2 days a week…just enough to keep the wolf away from the door. I enjoy working and hopefully will be able to continue for another 10 years or so. I have a Brady Bunch family, between them, theirs and ours. I have 6 children, all grown, thank goodness, or at least by age they are grown. I have 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild, as Zig Ziegler said about Grandchildren, “If I had known that they would be so much fun I would have been a little nicer to their parents.” Most of the grand kids are nearby, by that I mean no more than a couple of hours. The exception I have two that live in Eagle, Colorado. They all range in ages of 24 down to 1 year. I’ve been a Barbershop quartet singer for over 46 years. I’ve been the musical director of several chorus’s. Starting in 1969 until I decided to sing and not direct in 2006. Total number of groups is 5, one being an International Group out of Sarnia Canada. Presently I sing with the Flint Arrowhead Chorus, and still work with quartets and chorus’s that think they might need my help. I still have my childhood home up on Randolph Street that was my mother’s childhood home, which I own with my brother and sister. I spend most summer weekends in TC and have a boat at Elmwood Township Marina B dock slip 88 in Greilickville (M22). Stop on out and say hello. Manhattans are served around 4:30 pm.
