Linda’s Obituary:

Linda Louise Penney, of Saginaw, passed away Monday, March 3, 2008, at her home at the age of 61 years.

Linda Crain was born November 20, 1946, in Traverse City, the daughter of the late Lester S. and Ella Louise (Williams) Crain. She married Sheldon Penney on June 12, 1965, and he survives her.

Survying, besides her husband, Sheldon, are their three children and their spouses, Michael (Michelle) Penney, Daniel (Deeanne) Penney and Laura (Billy) Zimmerman; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one brother Arthur Crain.

Linda was predeceased by one brother, Stephen Crain.

A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, March 7, 2008, at Second Presbyterian Church, 2665 Midland Road, Saginaw. The Rev. James Neumann will officiate. Burial will Be in Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens at 1 p.m. Saturday March 8, 2008. Friends may call at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, Saginaw, Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; and then at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
