Bio: I am still with the Loose Threads Quilt Guild in Valley Springs, CA. Although I still do quilting and top quilting with my HQ-16, I still like to paint on fabric. I had painted 5 eagles, each measuring 22″ x 33″. These eagles were made into quilts. One of my quilted eagles called “Pentagon Pride” is part of the Pentagon’s permanent September 11 Memorial Display Case. This is quite an honor for me. This was made possible by Gail Belmont, founder and leader of Quilts of Honor.
