Milestones June 11, 2016: “Travese City — Irving “Irv” and Cheryl (Hysell) Hoch celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 11 by having a party at the Interlochen Eagles, hosted by their two sons and their wives, Bill and Josette Hoch, of Kingsley, and Kevin and Kim Hoch, of Elk Rapids.

Irv and Cheryl were married on June 11, 1966 at the Wolf Lake Baptist Church in Muskegon County by the Rev. Carl Mundiger.

Cheryl is a homemaker and Irv retired as a foreman in the asphalt division at Elmer’s.

Cheryl is from Fruitport, and Irv has lived most of his life in Traverse City. They have two grandsons and two granddaughters.”
