Bio: After college and various draft-deferrable jobs, I moved to Boulder, Colorado in l971 to get a PhD and leave. Well, I never got the PhD and I never left. Carolyn Klotzbach (TCHS ’66) and I married in l967 and divorced in l977–no kids. I married Kay Meyer in l983. We have a daughter, son-in-law, and one grandson. I spent my career doing program oversight for the Colorado legislature and a state college system. I retired in 2002. Now I spend my time in politics (chairing the Boulder County Democratic Party) and family (wife’s) farm management.
